  • General Information
  • Complex ICU patients ranging from surgical, medical, cardiac (preferred), neuro and trauma
    Job Requirements
  • 1.5 years general nursing experience (system requirement)
  • BSN required
  • Must be ICU level RN, willing to float to MedSurg/Tele
  • Travelers must live >100 miles away from any Monument Health facility
    Schedule Information
  • Hired into straight shift – see availability for posting; could potentially split shifts
  • Weekend rotation: Every other
  • Holiday Expectations: Every other
    Unit Specific Information
  • Patient Types include: Complex ICU patients, Intermediate Care, Telemetry, MedSurg
  • Patient Ratios: RN ICU – 1:1-3, IMC/Tele/MedSurg - 1:4-5
