### What You’ll Be Doing

- Analyzing business processes to design, develop, and execute them against client workflows

- Validating complex business applications to ensure they meet requirements

- Collaborating with functional, industry, and technical specialists on innovative solutions

- Providing expertise in the company and best practices for defining customers' "to-be" business processes

- Conducting conference room pilots to demonstrate software capabilities

- Configuring software applications to support customer business processes

- Defining and executing test scripts in collaboration with customers

- Monitoring project progress and communicating updates to management

- Working with architecture, development, and quality assurance teams to meet customer needs

### Do You Have the Right Qualifications?

- English-Chinese bilingual speaker

- Bachelor's Degree

- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills

- Preferably experience with systems integration

- Familiarity with technologies such as Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, and APIs

- Experience in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban (Scrum Master experience is an advantage)

- Background in retail or consumer products (business or information technology) is a plus

- Ability to travel as required on projects
