Our client is seeking an experienced SAP Operations IT Business Analyst (IT BA) to focused on optimizing workflows in supply chain, procurement, and inventory management using SAP S/4HANA modules.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for SAP initiatives.
• Facilitate workshops and process walkthroughs to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor on SAP capabilities.
• Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for SAP modules, including MM, WM, and PP.
• Create use cases, user stories, process flows, and business models to articulate requirements clearly.
• Maintain traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment. Collaborate with technical teams to design, configure, and test SAP solutions.
• Ensure traceability of requirements and validate solutions against business needs.
• Analyze workflows and recommend SAP-based enhancements.
• Stay updated on SAP S/4HANA advancements and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5 - 10 yrs experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3+ years specializing in SAP operations projects.
• Expertise in SAP S/4HANA modules (MM, WM, PP) and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with SAP configurations, system integrations, and end-to-end implementation processes.
• Strong ability to evaluate workflows and recommend optimization strategies.
• Proficiency in developing comprehensive documentation, including use cases, user stories, and process flows.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Relevant certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SAP certifications).
