Duration: 3+ Months Contract with possible extension

Responsibilities:

· Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive change management strategies and plans.

· Conduct complex impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

· Design and deliver advanced training programs and workshops to support change initiatives.

· Collaborate with senior leadership and project teams to integrate change management activities into strategic plans.

· Provide expert coaching and support to managers and supervisors to help them lead change effectively.

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and make necessary adjustments.

· Create and manage communication plans to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.

· Mentor and guide junior change management consultants.

Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

· Extensive experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.

· Deep understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

· Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is a plus.
