Senior ASIC Design Manager – Electronics/Semiconductor (Mountain View)

I am working with an impressive startup that is currently working on groundbreaking semiconductor technology and have raised over $20million in funding. It would be a great time to join them as they are ramping up workload and looking to scale their business at this exciting time. They are currently looking to bring in an ASIC Design Manager who has a background working on Digital Design, so they can join the team and take them to the next level.

Responsibilities:

You will be leading the ASIC design team to be successful with design and verification, working on micro-architecture for digital ASIC. You will be involved in writing RTL in Verilog and working on simulation. You will be making sure the design meets all the requirements by liaising with backend engineers to work on SDC files for high-speed design.

Essential Skills:

• Degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical Engineering etc.)
• 8+ Years experience with ASIC Design on the digital side
• Management/Leadership experience overseeing an ASIC design team
• Experience working on Design, Specification, Verification, Architecture, Testing through to Production
• Knowledge of STA reports and the ability to resolve any issues that require RTL changes working on the backend flow
• Strong background working with RTL design
• Startup experience is nice to have but not essential
