The Systems Engineer plays a critical role within the engineering team, concentrating on requirements analysis, decomposition, and allocation, as well as architecture development using SysML modeling.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently holds or is eligible to obtain a SECRET U.S. Defense clearance (preferred)
• Understanding of military standards and regulations is highly desirable
• Familiarity with systems engineering standards and processes in accordance with ISO/IEC/IEEE 15288
• Hands-on experience with the MagicDraw Cameo tool suite
• Proficient in using DOORS Next Generation for requirements management

Essential Functions:

• 3-5 years of systems engineering experience on DoD programs, with a preference for ground vehicles
• Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to internal stakeholders
• Hands-on experience in configuration control and baseline management
• Skilled in developing and managing system requirements
• Proficient in using SysML for system modeling and design
