Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll processing, integrate HRIS, and manage HR/payroll operations for hourly and salaried employees, covering compensation, taxes, deductions, and garnishments.
- Process payroll updates for hires, terminations, transfers, and pay adjustments promptly.
- Ensure compliance with payroll laws and regulations; manage audits and maintain accurate documentation.
- Develop and implement compensation plans, personnel policies, and labor relations initiatives.
- Address labor relations issues, including grievances, investigations, negotiations, and employee transitions.
- Supervise payroll staff, oversee year-end reporting (e.g., W-2, ACA), and streamline payroll systems.
- Assist employees with policies, resolve complaints, and provide coaching and performance feedback.
- Conduct interviews, train team members, assign tasks, and engage in compliance training.
- Support payroll operations as needed and fulfill additional assigned responsibilities.
