Seeking a results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit top talent for the Diagnostics & Global Services divisions , with opportunities to support additional functions. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, design innovative sourcing strategies, and build a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.
- Partner with hiring managers to align hiring plans with business objectives.
- Build strong relationships and influence decisions across HR and leadership teams.
- Proactively source, network, and inspire highly sought-after candidates.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience (in-house preferred; medical device/tech industry experience is a plus).
- Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with exceptional communication and networking skills.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
