Responsibilities:

1. Support the new production line launch. According to the project plan to complete assembly, debugging and mass production. Ensure that the new equipment meets the mass production requirements;
2. Responsible for equipment maintenance, assist engineers to carry out inspection, diagnosis, root cause analysis, troubleshoot and improvement;
3. Responsible for implementing equipment AM & PM to a high-quality standard and 5S rule, supporting engineers to develop and complete equipment PM, and report breakdown root cause, equipment faults and concerns proactively to engineer;
4. Provide basic maintenance training to equipment operators;
5. Maintain schedules and budget, oversee the equipment spare parts procurement and be responsible for spare parts inventory management;
6. Interact with 3rd party vendors and CATL internal team to arrive at the best designs and solutions;
7. Be on-site before 6:00 AM to provide support for production, including system startup and initialization, and be able to resolve basic system issues.

Requirements:

1. High School diploma degree or above;
2. Able to interpret the blueprint and schematics with knowledge of legends Knowledge of quality standard TS 16949 is a plus;
3. Demonstrate knowledge and experience of LOTO procedure for electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic equipment and Arc Flash safety for all voltage levels. Exhibit understand and experience of shop safety, 5S rules, PC skills and any maintenance software/system, and identify safe use of ladders and scaffolding;
4. At least 3 years working experience in equipment maintenance function in large manufacturing industry;
5. Clear logical, engagement, teamwork and problem-solving ability.
