Responsibilities:

1. Dealing with the customer complaint by 8D method:

? Building 8D team (managing and sorting of the failed information, building up the FA team)

? Failure analysis (Based on 8D logic, different analysis tools, such as FTA, Fishbone diagram, 5Why, find the root cause of failure.)

?Writing FA report, which should be prepared both in Chinese and English

? Calling the meeting for improvement (A meeting should be organized to formulate improvement measures and clearly improvement plan)

? Following up and checking the validity and timely of improvement measures

? FA data analysis and summary of lessons learned (The FA data should be summarized as a report. The lesson learned should be built on the OA system.)

2. FA related equipment operation(EDS, CT, X-Ray, CCD, etc.);

3. Ability to assess the risk of product anomalies, identify product batch and security risk, coordinate internal or external resources for analysis, and other work assigned by the boss;

4. Assist in completing failure analysis requests from other departments;


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in electrochemical, electronics, materials or machinery is preferred;

2. Excellent knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of lithium battery products;

3. Familiar with scientific engineering analysis tools, such as 8D / FTA / Fishbone diagram/ 5Why, and a strong logic thinking ability;

4. Proficiency with office software, such as CAD, Microsoft office;

5. With the knowledge of SEM (Scanning electron microscope) / FTIR (Infrared detection equipment) / ICP (Inductive coupled plasma emission spectrometer) / EIS (Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy), and other equipment for analysis in battery industry;

6. Willingness to observe all safety precautions for protections against accidents, dangerous fluids, chemicals etc.;

7. Attention to detail, and efficient communication skills;

8. Electrician certificate or forklift license is advantageous.
