Job Discription
1. Recycling project customer maintenance: respond to customer recycling needs, respond to customers in a timely manner, and effectively convey information, decisions and plans between customers and headquarters;
2. Recycling project execution and management: follow up the overall progress of the recycling project, including information acquisition, project promotion, execution, supervision and review;
3. Recycling resource market development and maintenance: develop North American recycling resources, maintain existing recycling resources, and follow up on recycling companies' technology and cost improvements;
?4. Scrap recycling plan implementation: implement the work of each link in the implementation of the recycling plan to ensure that each link is carried out in an orderly and effective manner;
5.Cost control: conduct cost analysis and industry comparison, effectively control recycling costs, propose solutions and implement them.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above/electrochemistry, applied chemistry, materials chemistry, physics, polymer materials, metallurgy, new energy and related majors are preferred, with solid basic theoretical knowledge of chemistry and lithium battery reliability;
2.At least 5 years or more of work experience;
3.Have experience in purchasing waste and old batteries or selling lithium batteries, and be familiar with the entire procurement process. Priority will be given to those who have relevant work experience in domestic and foreign battery recycling, precious metal recycling, lithium battery industry, etc.; Priority will be given to those who have overseas project experience;
4.Familiar with lithium battery product knowledge, familiar with battery suppliers and upstream and downstream information of the industry, and have experience in vehicle manufacturers, battery factories, and OEMs;
5.Familiar with the recycling channels and reuse processes of waste batteries;
6.Have good learning, communication, and team management skills, excellent business negotiation and adaptability;
7.Strong ability to withstand pressure, and willing to travel.
