Your Role

• Lead projects ranging from $5,000 to $1 million, including conveyor replacements and kiln adjustments.
• Collaborate with plant managers and the Director of Project Management to align goals.
• Oversee feasibility studies, contractor management, compliance, and final documentation.

Your Background

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred; Chemical or related STEM degrees considered.
• Experience: Strong background in mining, heavy industries, or similar fields. Familiarity with conveyors, crushers, or kilns is a plus.
• Skills: Proficient in cost control, stakeholder communication, and compliance standards.
