About the Role

As the PSM Program Manager , you will be the cornerstone of safety excellence, responsible for:

• Leading and enhancing the site's comprehensive PSM Program .
• Driving cultural transformation, fostering accountability, and embedding safety into every process.
• Hands-on oversight of technical elements such as PHAs, LOPAs, facility siting, management of change, and pre-startup safety reviews.
• Guiding and mentoring a Process Safety Coordinator while collaborating with a dynamic team.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience : minimum 5+ years in process safety (10+ years preferred) with a robust understanding of OSHA-regulated processes.
• Education : Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or another technical field.
• Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead, train, and cultivate a team-oriented culture.
• Industry Background : Expertise in chemical, petrochemical, or oil & gas industries, particularly at sizable facilities.
• Location Flexibility : Full-time on-site in El Dorado, AR, with occasional on-call needs for a 24/7 operation.
