• Collaborate with equipment and material manufacturers to hit production goals.
• Maintain top-notch quality standards through testing, standardized work, and updates.
• Analyze data, spot trends, and drive smarter manufacturing outcomes.
• Conduct audits and keep us aligned with industry standards.
• Create cycle time studies, benchmarks, and capacity planning updates.
• Own process-related engineering changes to keep us compliant and improving.

What You’ll Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in industrial or process engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD tools, and production analysis software (like Minitab).
• Bonus points if you speak French!
