As part of their continued growth, they are hiring a Logistics Engineer experienced in high-volume, high-speed manufacturing logistics. This role focuses on optimizing material movement and flow patterns between warehouses and the factory floor across a multi-building campus producing 2.6 billion devices annually. The ideal candidate is a driven professional eager to grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach teams on continuous improvement tools.
• Optimize internal logistic flows to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Implement and manage systems like Kanban, 5S, and mizu-sumashi.
• Lead projects in supply chain logistics and factory flow.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/logistics experience.
• Expertise in lean/continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong SAP and safety knowledge
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident
