Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Claims Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will support clients by handling claims reporting, communicating with carriers, and managing the claims process from start to finish. Key responsibilities include accepting claims reports from insureds, reporting claims to carriers, reviewing Reservation of Rights Letters, collaborating with the claims manager and insureds, and ensuring timely follow-up with carriers to deliver exceptional service.

The Ideal Candidate Has:

• NY P&C Insurance License (required).
• Previous commercial lines claims experience in an agency/brokerage setting.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently
