This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled engineer to lead continuous improvement initiatives across a network of sites, with a primary focus on one key distribution center.

About the Role:

As a Senior Industrial Engineer, you will drive operational excellence, supporting over five sites in the network. Your role will involve working closely with operations teams to streamline processes, increase productivity, and champion continuous improvement efforts across multiple distribution centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement continuous improvement projects across multiple sites, focusing on enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and boosting productivity.
• Perform time studies, workflow analysis, and data-driven assessments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize logistics operations.
• Develop and track KPIs and metrics to measure the success of improvement projects.
• Support automation initiatives and layout optimization projects.
• Engage and guide on-site teams through change management and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field (required).
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering within logistics, supply chain, or distribution environments.
• Demonstrated expertise in continuous improvement, process mapping, and lean methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a solutions-focused approach.
• Willingness to travel to various sites in the network as needed.
