Job Title: Senior Electrical Estimator
Salary: $120,000 - $170,000 + Bonuses, Benefits, PTO
Overview: The Senior Electrical Estimator is responsible for providing estimates for electrical projects. The estimator must have extensive knowledge of electrical systems and be able to create accurate estimates based on project drawings, plans, and specifications. The estimator must also be able to recommend cost-effective solutions, identify potential risks, and collaborate with other project stakeholders.
What You Will Be Doing

• Analyze project drawings, plans, and specifications to determine the scope of work, applicable code requirements, and costs.
• Evaluate plans, specifications, subcontractor quotes, and other information to prepare accurate estimates.
• Research market materials, equipment, and labor costs in order to estimate project costs.
• Develop and implement estimating processes and procedures.
• Identify potential risks associated with projects and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Collaborate with other project stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist with bid preparations.
• Provide technical advice and support.
  

What You Need For This Position

• Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and materials.
• Proficiency in Accubid Estimator software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other stakeholders.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines.
