We are currently seeking to hire a District Fitness Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing our CENTRAL FLORIDA locations.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and hiring new talent
• maintain our company culture
• Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
• Hit sales quotas for trainers and goals for the club teams
• Maintain healthy draft per club and continue to grow PT revenue
• Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
• Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
• Report on team and individual performance
• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

Qualifications:

• Previous Fitness experience
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
• Experience as a supervisor or manager
• Strong leadership qualities
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to cultivate talent
