Pay Range: $55 - $65/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively and partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: sales, finance, operations, engineering) to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively.
• Formally initiate, facilitate, and deliver business, process, and system requirements.
• Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to define the strategic vision and translate the strategic vision to tactical actions,
• Document Business requirements and processes in Jira for ingestion into the agile development process
• Work with business leaders, change managers, and development teams to define and prioritize requirements according to their needs, while identifying gaps, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Document and define end-to-end processes and solutions that meet stakeholder needs and adhere to defined standards using Jira, Lucid Chart.
• Support the development and testing team, providing clarification of requirements and performing walkthroughs and knowledge transfer sessions when needed.
• Develop persona, use case, and Gherkin acceptance criteria for development and testing teams.
• Approve user stories and features during demos by the development team.
• Develop test plans used by testing and development teams to approve releases.
• Support other business analysts as needed to develop or document solutions, develop test plans, or raise requests to senior leadership.
• Oversees and ensures compliance with industry and internal standards
• Lead the design and implementation of new processes and technology across the enterprise.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Business Analyst, Data Migration Projects, Salesforce, Telecom domain, Visio.
• High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• IIBA-CBAP, Salesforce Business Analyst, PMI-PBA, or relevant business analysis certification is strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years’ experience performing business analysis activities including facilitating, and generating process requirements, documentation, and reports.
• Required experience as a BA or DA for customer migration initiatives
• Desired experience with Jira, Nintex BPMN, Lucidchart, Visio, or similar tools
• Desired experience with Salesforce or SiteTracker
• Desired experience with telecommunications operations, engineering, or service delivery.
