Job Title: Sales Admin Assistant

Duration: 06 Months – Contract (High potential for conversion)

Location: Hybrid- (Lake Mary, FL ) (3 days in office, 2 days WAH)

Pay : $25 /hr on W2


Job Description -


Responsibilities:

Interviews will be conducted both virtually and in-person: 1st round of interviews will be virtual and 2nd round interviews will be in-person, onsite


Purpose of the Role

The role is critical for ensuring operational integrity, enhancing customer satisfaction, and improving communication between internal teams and external stakeholders. This position will focus on conducting detailed audits, identifying areas for improvement, and serving as a professional liaison. The addition of this role will address workload gaps and elevate the team’s capacity to handle high-level responsibilities with precision and professionalism.


Responsibilities

  • Audit and Review:
  • Conduct detailed audits of customer accounts, contracts, processes, and transactions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify inefficiencies and gaps in workflows, recommending actionable solutions.
  • Prepare thorough audit documentation and reports for leadership review.
  • Liaison Duties:
  • Act as the primary contact between sales administration, sales teams, and customers for escalated issues.
  • Represent the team at conferences, client meetings, and other professional events.
  • Maintain a polished and professional presence to uphold the organization’s reputation.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Lead initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize service delivery.
  • Mentorship and Support:
  • Provide training to team members on audit protocols and issue resolution strategies.
  • Serve as a resource for troubleshooting complex administrative issues and coordinating resolutions.

  • Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years in sales administration, auditing, or a related field, with proven expertise in handling complex and high-level responsibilities.
  • Experience in Supply Chain preferred

  • Advanced problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Confidence in representing the organization at conferences and external engagements.
  • Adaptability
  • Eager and enthusiastic to grow/learn
  • Self-starter and team player
  • Tools: Proficiency in (specific tools/software like SAP, Salesforce, or other relevant platforms)
  • Intermediate PC Skills
  • Travel: Willingness to travel for conferences, audits, and client meetings. 25%


Education:

  • Associates Degree - can be substituted with equivalent job experience
