Inside Sales Specialist (ISS) – Magna Pest Solutions

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven ISS to join our sales team. This role focuses on converting warm leads into loyal customers, leveraging inbound inquiries and interest to drive high conversion rates. You will be responsible for responding to and qualifying incoming leads, providing exceptional service, and effectively communicating the value of our products or services to potential customers.
This individual will report directly to the RSM.
The role is located in Austin, TX
What You’ll Do:
Sales
- Manage a pipeline of 400-600 inbound leads monthly. Maintaining a consistent conversion rate of those leads to MPS customers.
- Reach out to existing customers with the intent of selling additional lines of service that align with their needs and problems.
- Implement proven sales strategies that align with our goals, ensuring each step is geared towards maximizing outcomes.
- Clearly present our pest control services to potential clients, emphasizing the specific benefits that meet their needs and relieve their pain points.
- Diligently maintain accurate records of all sales activities within company databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility for strategy assessments.
- Actively participate in sales meetings and training sessions to continuously enhance your sales skills and industry knowledge.
Data Collection
- Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities using company databases, providing a reliable basis for performance evaluation and strategic planning.
- Offer insights on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and evaluate how prospects are responding to our services based on each interaction, helping tailor our approach to meet market demands.
Who You Are:
- We are looking for candidates with a background in high velocity sales or account management, ideally within the pest control or property management industries. This experience will provide a strong foundation for understanding customer needs and market dynamics but is not required.
- You possess superb communication skills, enabling you to convey information clearly and persuasively to a diverse audience.
- Your natural aptitude for forging strong connections with both prospects and existing clients is vital, facilitating long-term partnerships and customer loyalty.
- You are adept at negotiation, skillfully navigating discussions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Your ability to creatively resolve challenges allows you to find effective solutions in complex situations, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Driven by a strong desire to not only meet but surpass sales targets, your self-motivation propels you to achieve exceptional results.
