The Non-Asset Full Truckload (FTL) Broker will be responsible for managing transportation logistics for clients by facilitating truckload shipments without owning any assets (trucks or trailers). The role involves sourcing and negotiating with third-party carriers, managing client relationships, optimizing transportation costs, and ensuring the timely and safe delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong understanding of freight brokerage, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with shippers.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their Full Truckload (FTL) transportation needs.
• Provide tailored logistics solutions and cost-effective pricing for clients.
