Job Opportunity: MEP Superintendent

Location: Aventura, Florida (West Palm Beach Project)

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000

We are recruiting on behalf of a leading General Contractor based in Aventura, Florida. Renowned for their expertise in large-scale commercial and multi-family projects ranging from $50 million to $300 million, they are seeking a skilled MEP Superintendent to join their team.

You will initially be assigned to a large-scale mixed-use commercial project in West Palm Beach , where your expertise in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems will ensure the successful delivery of this high-profile project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all MEP aspects of the project, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of systems.
• Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Manage schedules and budgets related to MEP scopes of work.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to MEP systems in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide leadership and guidance to subcontractors and ensure all work adheres to local codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an MEP Superintendent on large-scale commercial or multi-family construction projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or equivalent).
• OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
