Key Responsibilities & Time Allocation
1. Client Acquisition (35%)
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic outreach, cold calling, and networking.
o Develop and execute a structured business development plan tailored to the Merritt Island market.
o Metrics:
§ Number of new clients onboarded quarterly.
§ Sales pipeline value and win rate.
2. Relationship Building (25%)
o Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
o Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and consistent communication.

§ Client retention rate.
§ Feedback from client satisfaction surveys.
3. Market Analysis and Strategic Planning (15%)
o Research market trends, competitors, and potential opportunities to inform business strategies.

Qualifications
· Proven experience in business development, preferably in M/E/P consulting or the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
· Strong local network in Merritt Island or surrounding areas.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision.
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Compensation and Benefits
· Base Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience.
