We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to head up a new sales team for an activities-driven resort in Lake Tahoe . You will work with two activity companies and head up the sales team of this long-standing resort to increase lodging reservations and bookings for the activities offered at the resort.

COMPENSATION: $80,000 - $105,000 + 20% bonus potential + comprehensive benefits package

Director of Sales Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hotel/resort sales management experience is required
• Experience selling and booking on-site activities
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Customer service/hospitality attitude
• Team player mentality and willing to help out as needed to ensure hotel profitability
