Job Description

A highly successful meeting and event planning company is adding to its team! We are looking for a talented Event Planner/Manager to join the team based in Dallas . In this role, you will be collaborating with the entire team to bring guest experiences to life. You will have direct contact with innovative clients, extensive suppliers, staff and creative resources, and will serve as the quarterback of the planning effort. You will lead the process from contract through execution to position our client as the ferociously creative and logistical leader in the corporate event industry.


Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 base (commensurate with experience), bonus program ($10-15k), comprehensive health package, 401k with company match, paid time off and much more!


Position Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of event planner and production experience
  • Current knowledge of trends in the hotel site selection and contract negotiation arena
  • Ability to travel as necessary for events (approx 20%)
  • Experience creating and managing a budget
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills necessary
  • Currently local to the Dallas market


Note: This is a hybrid position which requires onsite 3 days per week
