We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to oversee all culinary operations for a locally owned restaurant in Wisconsin Dells, WI . This restaurant is known for it’s exciting themes and atmosphere delivering exceptional food and service to their guests. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for the restaurant industry and wants to join a great team with opportunities for growth.
Compensation: $100,000-$110,000 base (Commensurate with Experience) + bonus, medical benefits, PTO, 401K, and more!
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Executive Chef experience in an high-volume kitchen
- Hiring, training, and developing restaurant staff
- Strong leadership ability
- Strength in menu creation
- Developing restaurant policies and procedures
- Banquet / Catering experience
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
