Summary of Position:
As a Sales and Marketing Associate your primary focus will be to achieve sales and/or profitability objectives, typically from new clients or existing accounts. The Sales and Marketing Associate is responsible for a minimum annual quota to be determined based on your experience and target territories. As a Sales and Marketing Associate you will serve as the first point of contact for all customer requirements in your territory, and to an extent will be responsible for maximizing revenue growth. Regular activities include prospecting via phone, e-mail or other medium; face-to-face sales calls (a minimum of 40 sales calls per day); follow-up letters/e-mails; interaction with clients and potential clients at sponsored events. The Sales and Marketing Associate identifies marketplace opportunities, prospects and engages new clients, and develop proposals using existing templates and resources.
First year potential for total compensation of 40-100K. It requires that you build relationships to generate new clients and opportunities which ultimately can produce revenue on a consistent basis to meet and exceed sales goal targets.
This position requires well-honed communication skills, and candidates must be articulate and work with Customers to identify what their needs are. This business has over 20 years of experience with a 95% client retention rate. This is a ground-floor opportunity with an excellent

As a Sales and Marketing Associate, you will:
-Market and generate sales successfully to one or more key business verticals, such as Fortune 1000, Fortune 2000 private companies, Universities and School Districts, Government and Public Sector and other areas
-Plan and execute solid marketing and sales strategies to build, promote and sell our services and products
-Be responsible for the sales prospecting, presenting , partial closing and semi-managing of our customers
-Conduct daily sales calls, set and attend sales appointments, network, maintain customer records and engage in client-based research
-Proactively develop customer relationships by listening to, understanding, and providing solutions
