Position: Market Manager
Location: Phoenix, 85054
Setting: Hybrid On-site/Remote We are prioritizing local candidates at this time
Salary: $70 - $80K Plus: Bonus eligible and car/phone allowance
Hours: Full-time
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Collaborate with VP of Sales, Western Region, to create and implement sales and distribution plans for revenue and market growth.
- Build relationships and maintain in-depth knowledge of distributor/trade channels and market conditions.
- Lead sales efforts in top key accounts, targeting on-premise and off-premise locations independently and with distributors.
- Conduct market analysis, manage pricing integrity, and ensure brand success through strategic sales efforts.
- Organize and execute trade/consumer tastings, events, and brand activations.
- Lead distributor sales meetings, product presentations, and training sessions to develop and motivate teams.
- Monitor company updates, track sales interactions, and complete administrative tasks as needed.
- Devote 80% of time to field sales, 10% to territory analysis, and remaining time to key account preparation and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of industry sales experience with a distributor or supplier.
- Knowledge of the spirits industry, luxury brand marketing, and strategic sales planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills with a passion for brand building.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and project management.
- Ability to travel, work flexible hours (weekends included), and lift up to 50 lbs.
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 4+ years of management or related experience.
