- Support logistics by coordinating daily shipment activities, scheduling outbound deliveries, and ensuring timely pickups and deliveries.
- Utilize tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and other office systems to manage and update orders, production schedules, and customer requests efficiently.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Excel, email communication, and office phone systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales order management and client support.
- Familiarity with logistics processes or knowledge (1 year preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work independently with minimal direction.
