Alepo is seeking an energetic and dynamic Director of Sales with industry experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Prospecting: Develop and execute a robust business development strategy aimed at driving pipeline growth and building a strong funnel of opportunities.Direct Sales Engagement: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting, qualifying, proposal, contract negotiations, deal closure, targeting decision-makers Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for expansion.
  • Solution Selling: Present and position Monetization and Generative AI Solutions for next generation Telecommunications services. Market Analysis: Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts and verticals.
  • Partnership Development: Explore strategic partnerships to enhance solution adoption and expand the customer base.
  • Forecasting: Maintain accurate Lead, Opportunity and Activity reports in Salesforce CRM, providing visibility into pipeline health and revenue projections.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events, webinars, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.


Experience:


  • At least 5 years of enterprise sales experience, with a focus on telecommunications service providers.
  • Bring commercial knowledge in Generative AI, BSS, AAA, Policy, Carrier Wi-Fi solutions.Track Record: Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Relationship Building: Established relationships within the telecommunications industry, including C-level and technical stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-Starter: Motivated to work independently while contributing to team objectives in a fast-paced environment.
