Position: Regional Sales Representative

Location: Atlanta, GA

Pay: $100k to120k/year + 8% performance bonus annually.

Experience:

  • 5 years of proven direct sales experience in the plumbing products industry.
  • Must have previous direct experience selling HVAC and/or plumbing.

Education: High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Day Shift


Greene Resources is seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join a growing and dynamic team! In this role, you will prospect, qualify, sell, support, and develop accounts base within the plumbing wholesale, HVAC wholesale, and Commercial Insulation Distribution sectors.


Job Description:

  • Promote company products with an emphasis on application specifics, responding to customer questions and concerns.
  • Develop and grow existing accounts, obtaining sales orders and establishing new accounts.
  • Contribute to the overall sales goals of the company and collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Departments.
  • Maintain mastery of product knowledge and consultative selling techniques.
  • Provide sales and marketing recommendations based on customer needs, trends, and market dynamics.
  • Develop technical presentations for current and potential customers.
  • Organize daily work schedule using a structured call frequency system to target sales opportunities in the territory.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, gathering information on competitor pricing, products, and service levels.
  • Provide lead generation, follow-through, and submit regular sales forecasts.
  • Collaborate in sales meetings and trade shows, evaluating results, customer complaints, and making recommendations for improvements.


Position Requirements:

  • Problem-solving and sales negotiation skills are a must.
  • General knowledge of major competitive brands.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with sales planning, budgeting, and T&E expense management.
  • Solid time management and prioritization skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be able to regularly travel (50%+).
