Job Title: Senior Channel Manager

Term: Fulltime, Permanent

Pay Range: $100,00-140,000

Location: We are looking for a Senior Channel Manager in Chino, California OR Monroe Township, NJ

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for channel resource development and cost optimization (including channels like express delivery and trucking).
• Responsible for reviewing contracts with channel service providers and negotiating terms.
• Responsible for the development and assurance of channel transportation capacity.
• Deeply manage and cultivate relationships at all levels with service providers.
• Handle escalated disputes, billing issues, claims, and processing for payment recovery.
• Oversee the escalation and procurement of channel materials (e.g., pallets, cage carts, label paper, printers).
• Prepare annual peak season channel forecasts and risk warnings.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in both Chinese and English.
• Strong skills in last-mile channel development and negotiation, with experience securing competitively priced channel accounts for the company.
• Familiarity with channel providers' pricing strategies and operational models, with deep collaboration experience with major channel providers.
• Preferred to have excellent channel resources with major channel suppliers.
• Strong negotiation and bargaining skills with a cost-conscious mindset.
