Schedule: As needed, Monday through Sunday and hours will be 10am to 6pm as those are our Sales Center operating hours.
Job Description:
- Sales Assistants serve an important role on the sales team as they work together to achieve all community team goals.
- This includes delivering a luxury customer experience and satisfaction.
- Provides administrative support to the sales team and support overall sales success.
- Greet customers vising the sales center with ultimate customer service
- Register homeowners interested in purchasing a Home
- Answer incoming calls
- Provide administrative support for the sales team
- Monitor model home appearance
- Organize and put together Sales Brochures
Note:
- This role is for someone willing to be on call for us when our Sales Consultants call out or a last minute need to help for an Open House.
- We would need this person to be willing to be our go to person as we need them to cover the sales centers.
- We do try to reach out to them a few weeks ahead of time when we become aware of vacations and what not, but we have needed coverage last minute in the past.
