Job Title: Outside Sales Territory Manager (Texas Territory)
Location: Houston or Dallas, TX (with up to 40% overnight travel)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven Outside Sales Territory Manager to join our team, focusing on growing sales within the Texas territory. In this role, you will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, and increasing overall sales for the region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, specifically selling physical security products to dealers and distributors. You will report directly to the President and play a key role in expanding our market presence.
What You Will Do
- Develop new projects and generate leads with a primary focus on the multifamily housing market.
- Identify and uncover new business opportunities, schedule meetings, conduct site visits, and close sales.
- Achieve sales growth by developing relationships with new and existing dealers.
- Use CRM and other tools to track and measure individual sales performance and opportunities.
What We Require
- 8+ years of experience in outside sales
- Experience selling Door Access Control Systems
- Willingness to travel up to 40% overnight.
- Highly motivated and target-driven individual with a strong sales track record.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM tools for project tracking and data analysis.
