Position Overview: As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through a mix of inbound and outbound sales activities. You will manage incoming leads generated from various channels and proactively seek new business opportunities through outreach to professionals in industries requiring cleanroom environments. Your efforts will involve networking, leveraging professional platforms, and attending industry events to build a robust pipeline of prospects and establish long-term client relationships.


Hybrid - Fulltime - OTE $250K


Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Sales (Lead Follow-up & Qualification):

  • Manage and qualify inbound leads from various channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Assess client needs and recommend suitable cleanroom solutions to drive conversions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proposals, and tailored solutions to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are understood and addressed.


Outbound Sales (Lead Generation & Networking):

  • Identify and prospect key decision-makers such as general contractors, architects, facility managers, and engineers.
  • Use platforms like LinkedIn, cold outreach, and industry events to generate leads and schedule meetings.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to build relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to consistently grow and nurture a pipeline of qualified prospects.


Relationship Building & Account Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Guide clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to closing the deal.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Management teams to ensure project delivery aligns with client expectations.


Sales Reporting & Forecasting:

  • Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Meet or exceed established sales quotas and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer information and sales progress.


Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with a track record of success in selling complex products or services (experience in cleanrooms, construction, or facility management is a plus).
  • Familiarity with working alongside engineers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.


Skills:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong prospecting abilities, leveraging professional networks, events, and digital platforms for lead generation.
  • Proficient in negotiation, presentation, and closing sales.
  • Ability to grasp technical details and explain them effectively to non-technical audiences.


Industry Knowledge (Preferred):

  • Understanding of cleanroom design, construction, and maintenance is a plus.
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO, cGMP) and their applications in sectors like pharmaceuticals, electronics, and healthcare.


Technical Proficiency:

  • Experienced in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for sales tracking.
  • Comfortable with office software and digital communication tools.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
