TGG Accounting is currently looking for an Office Clerk in the Flower Mound, TX area.
This role will sit onsite M-F 9am-6pm
Essential Job Functions:
- Greets and directs visitors
- Orders supplies
- Performs simple bookkeeping, AP/AR, and daily journaling
- Reviews billing statements, invoices and other documents for accuracy.
Must Have:
- 1-3 years of Office Admin experience
- Experience assisting with payroll- processing invoices
- Experience managing calendars and booking appointments
- Ability to use office equipment (computer/printer/scanner/etc)
*Fluent in Japanese is preferred*
