I have 1st and 2nd shift grinder positions available in the Miramar area!

Monday-Friday

Pay: $23-$30

• Setting up and operating machines : Selecting the right machine, setting it up, and using the recommended tools
• Grinding : Grinding metal gears and shafts to the correct specifications/ changing out tools as needed
• Inspecting : Inspecting parts for quality and accuracy, and removing defective pieces
• Maintaining : Performing general machine maintenance and daily Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities
• Collaborating : Working with other departments to ensure the job aligns with the production schedule
• Following safety protocols : Adhering to safety protocols and using the correct personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Improving processes : Working with engineers and supervisors to identify and implement improvements
