Account Executive – Engineering & Manufacturing Staffing
Location: Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid Work Environment)

While our roots are in IT, we are expanding our expertise in Engineering & Manufacturing , and we're seeking entrepreneurial, highly motivated sales and recruitment professionals to join our growing organization. The successful candidate will thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and play a pivotal role in building and nurturing client relationships in the Atlanta market.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Engineering & Manufacturing clients within the territory.
- Conduct weekly customer calls, site visits, and lunch appointments to foster trust and ensure client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary liaison with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and assist in developing comprehensive job descriptions.
Business Development & Sales:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning and expansion of existing client relationships.
- Execute a consultative sales approach to identify and deliver tailored staffing solutions.
- Develop and implement a Business Development Plan , targeting prospective clients in the Engineering & Manufacturing sectors.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution:
- Lead recruitment efforts for direct hire, contract-to-hire, and contract positions within the Engineering & Manufacturing verticals.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for technical roles, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
- Partner with the recruitment team to ensure the delivery of high-quality candidate submissions and successful placement outcomes.
Leadership & Mentorship:
- Provide training, mentorship, and oversight to junior recruiters, fostering their professional growth.
- Ensure quality through detailed job requisition meetings, resume reviews, and recruitment strategy planning.
Operational Excellence:
- Act as the subject matter expert on recruitment databases, providing training and troubleshooting support.
- Manage the preparation and delivery of offer letters and related onboarding documentation.
Strategic Marketing & Outreach:
- Execute weekly marketing initiatives leveraging a territory business plan to attract new clients in the Engineering & Manufacturing space.
- Utilize sales enablement tools and CRM systems to track and grow the sales pipeline.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of B2B outbound sales and prospecting experience, including at least 1 year in the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Experience in the Engineering & Manufacturing industries is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop leads and build long-term client relationships using CRM and sales tools.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Prior leadership or management experience is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with recruitment strategies for technical and engineering roles is a plus.
