Overview

We’re on the hunt for an Account Supervisor to join our evolving client services team and bring energy, expertise, and personality to everything we do.
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with all departments, including leadership, and directly with clients, acting as a critical voice in shaping the quality of our work. You’ll build strong client relationships, take ownership of projects, and wear that strategy hat we know you have.

What we're looking for in an Account Supervisor:
- Partner with clients, external resources, and our internal team to deliver marketing programs that drive results through content, social, digital, video, and website-related initiatives.
- Collaborate with our leadership team and creative minds to uncover client business/marketing goals and bring new ideas to our clients.
- Own agendas, notes, meeting preparation, brand workshop logistics, client satisfaction, deliverables, timelines, and more for a dedicated account list.
- Serve as both the voice of the client and the voice of the agency as you bring everyone to the table.
- Prepare scopes of work, proposals, client presentations, and whatever else may be needed to serve our clients exceptionally.
- Pull analytics reports and other key metrics to show clients a return on investment (ROI) and key optimizations to continue to grow.
- Develop strong relationships with clients, identify opportunities to create memorable moments, showcase our commitment, and promote the agency brand.
- Manage client budgets and work closely with the finance and leadership team to oversee deliverables and client billing.

Key Qualifications
- 6+ years marketing/creative agency experience preferred.
- Creative spirit with high EQ and A+ people skills.
- Strong presentation chops and a high level of “presence” who can think on your feet in strategy conversations.
- A go-getter attitude with the ability to find solutions and/or anticipate problems.
- Solid attention to detail and QA skills to only reveal work in its most polished state.
- Fluent in technology and/or a willingness to learn – major bonus points if you have prior website, AI, or HubSpot experience.
- We require that you’re a team player and someone for whom no task is ever too small if it helps out the team or a client.
- Some minor travel may be required to client sites, events, and conferences.
