We are currently seeking a multi-faceted Account Supervisor to lead ongoing strategy and day-to-day management of campaign development and general branding efforts.

Our Account Supervisor will act as a business partner for our client, with a focus on staying nimble and digitally fluent in an evolving marketing landscape. This person will confidently navigate their team and our client through the development of a variety of projects—including print, digital, radio, television, social, and content marketing.
What you’ll be doing for us…
- Managing the day-to-day relationship between BBDO and client brand managers.
- Serving as a team training resource and a subject matter expert in your client’s business, industry, products, and goals to clearly define client objectives and actionable strategies.
- Meeting regularly with team leadership to identify and address potential issues that may impact the client’s business and client relationship.
- Collaborating across teams to develop creative briefs, production schedules, estimates, and creative to present for management and client approval.
- Briefing internal teams and partnering with media agencies to ensure proper agency direction and integration with brand image.
- Turning client feedback into actionable direction for senior creatives and other departments.
- Working across departments to develop agency recommendations and POVs for client review.
- Initiating and managing creative, media, and other projects (i.e., job openings, revisions, schedules, etc.) for your respective piece of the business.
- Providing consistent and accurate status reports, conference reports, and other documents to the client as needed.
- Working with account leadership on initiatives for applicable planning, strategy, brand positioning, and new product development.
What we’re looking for from you…
- A college degree or business equivalent
- Proficiency across social media channels and Microsoft Office tools
- 5-8 years of client management experience (advertising agency account management experience preferred)
- 5+ years of experience with projects for integrated, social, and digital media
- A socially savvy approach to work and relationship-building
- A strong attention to details while keeping the big picture in mind
- Stellar written and verbal communication skills
- A willingness to take initiative and lead by example
- A knack for proactively finding solutions—you consider yourself a maker and a doer
- A curiosity about evolving social and digital landscapes, and a genuine love of advertising
- Bonus a curiosity or interest in the agricultural field
