Overview: The VP of Information Technology will lead the IT department, driving technology strategies that align with company goals. This role requires a visionary leader who can scale IT operations in a high-growth environment, focusing on leveraging data and emerging technologies to enable organizational growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute IT strategy, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Provide strategic guidance to executives on IT investments.
• Data Architecture: Lead the development of scalable data environments to drive insights and business value.
• AI & Emerging Tech: Implement AI/ML solutions to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Technology Infrastructure: Oversee IT systems, infrastructure, and integration, ensuring seamless operations across platforms like Azure, CRM, ERP, and Shopify.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and diversity.
• IT Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee the IT budget and relationships with external vendors and partners.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, with a focus on scaling IT in high-growth organizations.
• Expertise in data architecture, governance, and compliance, with experience in regulated industries (e.g., biopharma, consumer goods).
• Proven track record of successful IT initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of cloud technologies and IT infrastructure.
