Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound calls from customers needing service on their loans and credit cards.
• Servicing includes taking payments over the phone, providing balances, requesting statements, payoff letters, paid in full letters, helping customers enter into a settlement to resolve their debt.

Qualifications:

• One year of inbound call center experience servicing loans and credit cards in bankruptcy status, as part of a deceased customer's estate, and in charged off status.
• Job requires strong communication skills, ability to research accounts using multiple systems while balancing a conversation with a customer, and most importantly having an excellent attendance record.
