LHH's client is searching for its next junior commercial litigation associate with 2-5 years of experience in manufacturers of motor vehicles, medium and heavy-duty trucks, construction equipment, emergency response vehicles, recreational vehicles, powersports products such as motorcycles and ATVs, boats, and trailers, etc.

This attorney will represent national accounts with strategic counsel that includes regulatory compliance and litigation that may arise in administrative proceedings, state and federal court, or arbitration.

Requirements:

• Admission to practice law in Texas.

• 2-5 years of commercial litigation or regulatory compliance experience in a highly regarded law firm;

• Knowledge of state franchise laws and/or manufacturing industries

• Superior academic credentials;

Salary is commensurate with years of experience.
