What You’ll Do:

  • Design, implement, and maintain complex network infrastructures (e.g., Ubiquiti, Meraki, Cambium, Aruba, Ruckus, Cisco).
  • Optimize Wi-Fi performance using tools like Ekahau and deploy secure authentication methods (e.g., xPSK, Radius).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Tier 3 escalations, ensuring seamless connectivity for clients.
  • Configure and support firewalls, routers, and switches (e.g., SonicWall, FortiGate, Palo Alto).
  • Monitor networks using Auvik NMS and maintain proactive, detailed documentation in ConnectWise.
  • Collaborate with engineers to develop innovative solutions and implement new technologies tailored to client needs.


What You’ll Bring:

  • MSP industry experience is an absolute must - 1 year minimum of recent experience.
  • 7+ years of hands-on experience in network design, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
  • Advanced knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, QoS, VLANs, DNS, NAT/PAT) and hardware.
  • Strong customer service skills with a client-first approach.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
