ServiceNow Administrator - Hybrid in John's Creek, GA
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow's ITSM and/or CMDB module and a passion for process improvement. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our ServiceNow instance, streamlining workflows, and enhancing overall IT service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Assist building ServiceNow tours.
- Assist building Playbooks.
- Building processes for creating migration related incidents for upcoming acquisition
- Create catalog items
- Shared Computers
- Email Alias
- New Server Request
- Assign Teams Phone Number to existing user
- Any new catalog items that come up
- Testing
- Feed low disk usage and high CPU usage alerts into ServiceNow
- Feed asset information into ServiceNow from Tanium
- Any new customizations
- Maintain and make changes to existing catalog items and workflows
- Publish new Insight, CDW and Dell items to the portal
- Develop Asset Management reports and dashboards
- Onboarding upcoming acquisition’s employees to ServiceNow (includes setting up their locations and companies in SNOW and user permissions)
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of ITIL principles and best practices.
- Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM module, including configuration, customization, and workflow design.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript) and integration technologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
