Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced AI Cybersecurity Specialist to ensure the security and integrity of AI tools, focusing on bias and vulnerability mitigation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI tools for security vulnerabilities and biases.
• Develop strategies to mitigate security risks and ensure fairness in AI applications.
• Ensure compliance with security standards and policies.
• Collaborate with IT teams and researchers on AI projects.
• Develop training on AI security and bias issues.
• Report on security assessments and mitigation efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, AI, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in cybersecurity, with focus on AI systems.
• Proficiency in security tools, AI algorithms, and programming languages (Python, R, Java).
• Strong problem-solving skills and familiarity with NIST/OWASP frameworks.
