Role: PLM Consultant (FlexPLM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business processes for PLM, translating them into system requirements for FlexPLM.
• Contribute to the successful implementation and ongoing optimization of the PLM system.
• Serve as the primary point of escalation for user issues related to PLM processes and systems.
• Provide training and educational support to users, developing comprehensive process documentation.
• Gain in-depth expertise on how product data is managed within FlexPLM and how it supports various business processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on FlexPLM within the Retail Fashion Apparel domain, providing guidance and best practices.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of PLM processes, with experience in FlexPLM or similar systems.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively across teams and communicate technical concepts effectively.
• Experience in process documentation, user education, and troubleshooting PLM system issues.
• Expertise in the Retail Fashion Apparel sector is highly desirable.
