We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager for our direct client with expertise in leading program and project teams, ensuring on-time delivery within budget constraints, while fostering effective collaboration with both business and IT stakeholders.
As a versatile program manager, you will drive technology-driven transformations aligned with business objectives, leveraging expertise that spans multiple business domains. You bring experience in aligning with Executive Management and delivering clear, impactful reporting.
Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of business initiatives aligned with Digital Transformation roadmap.
- Advance strategic business objectives by building on a robust digital foundation.
- Break down the business roadmap into actionable and measurable initiatives.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external partners, throughout the program lifecycle.
- Own program and project budgets, ensuring successful delivery and management of dependencies.
- Prepare comprehensive program reports for program boards, portfolio management, IT domain leads, and other stakeholders.
- Plan future program activities by consulting with project sponsors, analyzing requirements, and establishing realistic timelines.
- Lead program and project teams to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in current and upcoming programs in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Oversee and coordinate third-party contributions across the program lifecycle.
- Stay current with Project and Program Management methodologies, incorporating industry best practices.
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on project management, business management, or IT.
- At least 6 years of professional experience in IT and/or project management.
- Proven expertise in Program and Project Management within high-tech industries.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency in stakeholder management.
- High level of intercultural awareness paired with solid business acumen.
